Maximum journey time to consider for each method of transport, in minutes.
Leave blank to exclude if you won't travel by one of these methods.
These are combined, so if you can reach your target by any mode, it'll be included.

Minimum Combined Deprivation Rank (1-10) Leave blank to allow all areas, 5 to allow only the top 50% least deprived areas.

These are the specific statistics which combine to make the Combined Deprivation rank, above.
These may be of interest if you wish to target an area specifically based on one particular statistic (e.g. Crime).

Fallback Radius (mi) If no travel time options are set, fallback to this radius around target.

Max. Radius (mi) Limit resulting shape to those within bounding radius. May help filter out outliers.

Min. Area (deg) Exclude small, separated areas. May help filter out outliers.

Simplify (deg) Simplify resulting shape (e.g. 0.01). May help shorten long property URL.

Buffer (deg) Buffer resulting shape (e.g. 0.01). May help shorten long property URL.

This is just an open source hobby project by @beveradb based on public IMD data: (Scotland, England) - it may be broken. Let me know your thoughts / suggestions!
